Astrology consultations offered by Mandi are for over 18's only.
Mandi will not look at or discuss the the birth charts of third parties who are not the recipient of the consultation unless that third party has given advance permission in writing.
Payment:
Full payment for your consultation via PayPal is due up to 48 hours ahead of the agreed time & date of your consultation
Payment plans are available for the four-part Life Purpose Package. Please enquire.
Cancellation policy:
If you have booked a consultation you can cancel, with a full refund, up to 48 hours before your consultation, minus any PayPal fees. If you cancel after this time the full fees are due. This reflects the time Mandi spends preparing for the consultation. However, if you cancel due to events beyond your control Mandi is happy to work with you to reschedule the consultation for a time that is no more than 14 days after the initial appointment.
If the astrologer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment within 14 days of the initial appointment. A full refund will be made if this is not possible.

Reiki T&Cs
Reiki sessions offered by Mandi are for over 18's only.
Mandi will not send distance Reiki to third parties unless that third party has given advance permission in writing.
Payment:
Full payment for your Reiki session is required in advance via PayPal.
Cancellation policy:
If you have booked a Reiki session you can cancel, with a full refund, up to 24 hours before your consultation, minus any PayPal fees. If you cancel after this time the full fees are due. However, if you cancel due to events beyond your control I am happy to work with you to reschedule your session for a time that is no more than 14 days after the initial appointment.
If the Reiki Master cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment within 14 days of the initial appointment. A full refund will be made if this is not possible.
